Review: Cut & Run (Cut & Run #1) by Madeleine Urban, Abigail Roux

5 Stars
Cut & Run
Series: Cut & Run
Author: Madeleine Urban, Abigail Roux
Pages: 370
Read Count: 3
This is my third reading of this novel and I still can not get enough of Ty and Zane!!

In it we meet Special Agent Ty Grady and Special Agent Zane Garrett, when they are partnered together to work on what is dubbed the Tri-State murders. A serial killer case which has already ended in the death of two agents. Ty and Zane clash at first sight, where Ty is laid back to the point of not caring, sarcastic, and altogether an ass. Zane is put together poster-boy FBI agent, of course he hasn’t always been and Ty is really starting to crack his image that he cultivated.

I loved these two from the very beginning. Ty and his sarcasm, Zane and his bad puns. They had major chemistry together even if it was just hate at first but hey, that a passion, right?

It doesn’t take long for the tension to be running high as they try to catch the serial killer and work together while ignoring the mounting physical attraction.

After reading this novel the authors went on my 'watch list' so to speak. The way they blended in the erotica with the (very) good mystery, awesome characters and kept it though 300+ pages amazed me--and still does.

I would recommend this book to any one who loved the m/m genre and a good mystery.
