Review: Sticks & Stones (Cut & Run #2) by Madeleine Urban, Abigail Roux

5 Stars
Series: Cut & Run
Pages: 394
Read Count: 3
Another awesome book with Ty and Zane!!

In this second installment of the Cut & Run series by authors Madeleine Urban and Abigail Roux, Ty is going home to West Virginia to spend some time with his family and he's taking Zane with him.

This book happens six months after the last book and they are still on 'desk duty'. They are ordered to take a vacation and as I said above end up going to West Virginia. There we are introduced to Ty's family, who I can only describe as slightly unorthodox and crazy if not funny, and perfect for what I would picture Ty's family to be.

His brother Deacon, call me Deuce, his father Earl, his mother Mara and his grandpa Chester.

I really loved this one, though I can not decide if I liked it more than the first one or not... Either way, in it we learn a lot about Ty and where he came from; get to see Ty and Zane's relationship start to develop and change even more and of course we get the mystery/thriller that I remember from the first novel.

Like the first novel Cut & Run the authors give us two characters that are unique and rememberable and 300+ pages of mystery, suspense, action and of course some erotica.

I would recommend this novel to anyone who loved the first book and is looking for a great m/m mystery/thriller read.
