Book Description via
"Sixth in the Anthony Award-winning Southern Vampire series.

Spiked with a frothy fusion of romance, mystery, and fantasy, this bestselling series sends the supernaturally gifted cocktail waitress Sookie Stackhouse to New Orleans, where she has to deal with the legacy of one of her own family and a host of potentially dangerous characters."

In another installment of the authors Sookie Stackhouse series, Sookie is once again traveling—to New Orleans this time in order to clean out her cousin’s estate that was left to Sookie up on her death.

Hadley, the cousin, happened to be a vampire and the honey of the Queen of Louisiana, so you know Sookie going to New Orleans is going to be much more than her just cleaning out everything and then heading back home to Bon Temps. Then again, when has anything Sookie had to do, that was seemingly easy in most cases and pretty straight forward, ever not ended in some kind of trouble for her?

Before we leave for New Orleans though we had a lot of plot in Bon Temps and we also get major plot about Debbie Pelt, again. This will hopefully be the last book with her mentioned—or her family.

Sookie gets a new boyfriend in this novel also, Quinn, who we met briefly in the last novel. So far, I really like him as a character, not to mention he sounds very hot.

Altogether another interesting and novel that furthers the series as a whole and gives us a little bit of an idea of what may be happening in the next book, book seven.

I would recommend this novel to anyone but as with the previous novel, would recommend reading the previous novels in the series first.
