The Dom with a Safeword was a really fun, sexy, emotional and HOT read! Q is very blunt, crass and bi, mostly for her best friend Sabrina. When they run into Jude, a gorgeous and kinky Dom, while on an amateur, and non-sanctioned, ghost hunt Q learns that Sabrina is very submissive.
While she knows Sabrina has always done what she said, she has never really pushed it, trying to hide her attraction from Sabrina who is says she is very straight.
When Jude invites them back to his house for a ghost hunt it is not long before he find both woman had found his kinky closet while he was gone. But he realizes his instincts about the two might be right on the money when a demonstration leads to a sizzling display of Sabrina’s submissiveness and Q and Sabrina’s attraction to each other, and Sabrina’s submissiveness.
This is Jude’s last summer free before he has to follow in his family’s footsteps and go to med school, a perfect summer for a no-strings-attached-fling with Q and Sabrina.
After the deal is made
the story really kick’s into high gear as they learn about each other inside and outside of the bedroom.
Q is a brat switch, she can submit but it takes a fight to get her to; which she loves the most. She also loves domming Sabrina.
Two Dom’s one sub, two sub’s one Dom. The relationship is very complex but they all fit together so seamlessly that the relationship is pretty much perfect from the start.
Sabrina is new to kink and feeling her way but she is a natural submissive and brat (though not in the league of Q’s battiness) she comes from a family who would never accept her relationship with another woman. So she fights her attraction to Q, but when she was offered the no-strings summer fling to experiment with Q and Jude, with the promise of Q and her still being friends after the summer is over, she agreed pretty quickly.
It is not long before all three of them are falling for each other and the summer is coming to an end. Will things go back to normal? Will Jude be able to leave for med school?
OMG! I must have more of these three characters! I love Q, Jude and Sabrina! They are perfect for each other and one book is just not enough. I hope there is going to be a follow up book. I would love to see how the relationship is growing and how Sabrina is going to deal with her family, etc.
I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who is interested in BDSM romance and looking for a fast paced sizzling read. The Dom with a Safeword is definitely a keeper!
